How It Works
We stand behind our course content. If you complete all 12 sessions of your purchased course and genuinely feel it did not deliver value, email us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no awkward questions, no arguing.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@breakboth.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Briefly confirm that you completed all 12 sessions
We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Conditions
- Request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- All 12 sessions of the course must have been completed
- One refund per customer per course
Partial Completion
If you have not completed all 12 sessions and wish to request a refund, please still reach out to us. We will consider these requests on a case-by-case basis — we want everyone to have a positive experience.
