Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using breakboth.com and purchasing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Course Access
Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the purchased course content. This licence is for your individual use only. You may not share your account, share course materials, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any course content in any form.
You will have lifetime access to the course content you have purchased, as long as Break Both Habits continues to operate this platform.
Payments
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a course you authorise us to charge your payment method for the stated price.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have completed all 12 sessions of your purchased course and are not satisfied with the content, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@breakboth.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Refund requests made without completing the course, or made after 30 days from the date of purchase, will be considered at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All course content — including text, structure, exercises, and materials — is the intellectual property of Break Both Habits. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the courses will produce any specific result. See our Medical Disclaimer for important health-related limitations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Break Both Habits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or course content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your course.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
